What is a Gas
Compressor?
Gas compressors are mechanical devices that increase the pressure of the (natural) gas by reducing its volume. Gas compression facilitates the movement of the natural gas within natural gas pipelines from the location where the natural gas is produced - at the wellhead - to the "burner-tip" - and customer's locations.
